The Welsh Language
"Provision to develop pupils’ pride in the Welsh language is central to all of the school’s work. The school provides a wide range of valuable opportunities for pupils to develop their appreciation of Welsh culture and heritage, including studying myths and legends, and an annual trip to visit important landmarks in Welsh history." We ask parents for their support of the Welsh language. As this is so important to your child’s success he/she should watch Welsh television, read Welsh books and most of all take advantage of every opportunity to speak Welsh. The co-operation and help from parents has a positive effect on children’s attitudes
